How to use

Brew it like tea. Twice a day.

1Put 1 level teaspoon (about 5 g) into a cup.
2Add 250–300 ml of boiling water.
3Cover and steep for 5–7 minutes.
4Strain, and discard the herbs.
5Drink warm, twice a day — morning and evening.
