These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Friday Technologies website, products and services ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Services

Friday Technologies provides website development, mobile app development, AI & automation, custom software, branding & design, and support & maintenance services, along with paid consultations, digital products, and educational content, as described on our website.

2. Accounts

Some features require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Orders, Bookings & Payment

Prices for products, services and consultations are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed through our third-party payment partners (e.g. Paystack, Flutterwave). By placing an order or booking a paid consultation, you agree to pay the full amount shown at checkout. Consultation bookings are confirmed once payment is successfully verified.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Paid consultations may be rescheduled by contacting us by email at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Refunds for cancellations are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed once a session has been confirmed.

5. Project Engagements

Any custom development, design or software engagement beyond a paid consultation will be governed by a separate written proposal, scope of work or contract agreed between Friday Technologies and the client, which will take precedence over these Terms for that engagement.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all content on this website — including text, graphics, logos and code — is the property of Friday Technologies or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Deliverables for client projects are governed by the relevant project agreement.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our Services, including attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfering with normal operation, or using our Services for any unlawful purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Friday Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
