Do I need to know how to code?
No. You copy one line and paste it into your website's “custom code” or “footer code” box — the setup page shows you exactly where for WordPress, Wix, Shopify and others. Or choose “We install it for you” and our team does it.
What does the Free plan include?
A fully working AI chatbot on your website with 100 AI replies a month, trained on your information, with no time limit and no card. It shows a small “Powered by Friday Technologies” link under the chat box. Paid plans remove the link and add more replies and features.
Will it make up answers?
It answers from what you teach it: your business details, price lists, FAQs and documents. When it doesn't know, it says so and offers your contact details instead of guessing. You can read every conversation and improve answers any time.
What happens when I run out of replies?
Visitors get a polite “someone from our team will get back to you shortly” and we email you. Add a top-up or upgrade and it answers again immediately. Nothing is ever cut off without warning — we email you at 80%.
I already pay for the WhatsApp bot. Do I need this too?
No — every paid WhatsApp plan already includes the website chat. Just copy your website code from the setup page or Bot Studio.
Can I cancel?
