  1. 1 Tell us about your businessDo this next · about 2 min Next

Type what you sell, your prices, opening hours and common questions. We build your AI assistant from your answers. Free — no card.

You'll need: Your price list (even rough) and your WhatsApp number.

  2. 2 Test it on WhatsAppAbout 2 min To do

Tap the button — WhatsApp opens our demo number with your test code already typed. Press send, then ask what a customer would ask.

You'll need: Your phone with WhatsApp.

  3. 3 Add your price list, menu or FAQsAbout 5 min To do

Type or paste your prices, delivery fees and common answers — or upload a PDF/Word price list. The bot learns instantly. Write prices exactly as you want them quoted.

You'll need: Your price list / menu / delivery fees (typed, pasted or as a file).

  4. 4 Choose a planAbout 2 min To do

Pick Starter ($4), Growth ($12), Business ($31) a month. Pay by card. Your bot and its training carry over.

You'll need: A card, your bank app, or USSD.

  5. 5 Connect your WhatsApp numberUsually the same working day To do

Choose a plan first — then come back here.

Our team connects your number with you on a short WhatsApp call — you keep your number and keep using your WhatsApp Business app. After you choose a plan we message you; you can also tap the button to start now.

You'll need: Your phone with the number you want the bot on.

  6. 6 Check it worksAbout 1 min To do

From a different phone, send a WhatsApp message to your business number. The bot should reply within a few seconds.

    You'll need: A second phone (a friend's is fine).

  7. 7 Add the chat to your website (optional)About 3 min To do

Copy one line of code from Bot Studio → Embed Widget and paste it into your website (or send it to whoever manages it).

You'll need: Access to your website.

  8. 8 Use your own AI account (optional)About 3 min To do

Not needed — your bot already uses Friday AI, included in your plan. If you have your own AI account (Groq, OpenAI, Gemini…), add its key on Your AI: replies answered with your key don't use your plan's monthly replies, and Friday AI can stay on as backup.

You'll need: An API key from your AI provider.
