Do I need a website?
No. Your WebBot is your page, with its own link. If you already have a website and want a chat bubble on it, see the Website chatbot — it uses the same assistant.
How do I get paid, and what does it cost?
Customers pay by card, bank transfer or USSD through Paystack, or on delivery. Online payments go to your WebBot wallet (we keep 5% per sale) and you withdraw to your bank account whenever you like ($1 per withdrawal). Prefer your own Paystack account? Connect it and pay no commission.
What if a customer asks something it doesn't know?
It says so and gives them your WhatsApp or phone number. The question shows up on your “Questions to answer” page — answer it once and your WebBot knows it from then on.
Can it charge different delivery fees?
Yes. Add your areas with a fee each — Lekki ₦3,000, Ikeja ₦4,500 — and customers pick theirs at checkout. If your price list says “Delivery to Lekki — ₦3,000”, we set it up for you.
I sell services. Can people book?
Yes. Set your days and hours; customers pick a free time, and you can ask for a deposit to stop no-shows. They get a reminder the day before.
Do I need a password?
No. You start with just your email. We send your link and a button that signs you in on any device. Create a password whenever you like.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, from Pro. We show you the exact record to add, switch on the secure padlock for you and email you when it's live.
What happens when the free replies run out?
Customers are told someone will get back to them, and we email you. Replies reset on the 1st of every month, or upgrade for more.
